Fint, men det kan blive bedre

Ligger helt fantastisk med adgang til alt hvad man ønsker tæt på. Desværre var der nogle serviceoplevelser, der ikke var så heldige. F.eks. fik vi ikke redt seng (som vi havde bedt om), der var kun 3 ud af 12 tilbudte is mulige (lille ting, men ikke når man rejser med børn). Buffetten om morgenen var sjældent fyldt op. Måtte hver morgen bede om 3-4 ting der ikke var mere af. Lege området for børn havde kun legetøj der ikke var fuldendt f.eks. var det muligt at bygge en flot stor togbane, men der var ikke nogle tog at lege med efterfølgende etc. børne-leg er desuden placeret ret op af borde dedikeret til gæster der vil arbejde. Det ledte til uheldige situationer. Når der blev tabt noget på gulve (vand, mad etc.) blev det ikke samlet op. En ældre dame gled i noget vand (som vi ikke selv havde tabt), og selvom det var lige foran baren, var det mig der måtte bede om håndklæde til at tørre op etc. der var meget larm fra andre gæster på værelset. vi havde et fint ophold - men de små ting var forstyrrende

Receptionspersonalen var väldigt upptagen med sina skärmar trots att gäster stod och väntade. Framstår som nonchalant bemötande trots att de var trevliga personer när de väl tog sig tid.

Mycket glatt överraskad! Ett stort lyft!!

Grattis Karlskrona! Det första hotellet som verkligen levererar i Karlskrona, kanske hela Blekinge?! Dessutom stans skönaste vibe på nya takbaren. Tycker även den lite enklare Asian fusionmaten på takbaren överträffade a la carte restaurangen som är på bottenplan. Gymmet var bra för att vara ett hotellgym. Måste för övrigt ha den vackraste utsikten ett gym kan ha. Frukosten var fantastisk. Rummet var över all förväntan. Blev otroligt glatt överraskad. Har bott där tidigare men innan den stora renoveringen som nu gjorts. Har bott på flera andra platser i Karlskrona men kommer definitivt tillbaka till Scandic. Så trevligt! Skön säng!! Genomgående väldigt trevlig personal, bortsett från tjejerna i baren högst upp samt tjejen som var restaurangchef i a la carten men alla i receptionen, servitriserna på restaurangen och frukostpersonalen var otroligt trevliga och serviceminded. Ett annat plus var Food courten som ligger utanför på Fiskartorget. Vi åt bl a vedugnsbakad pizza och tog en öl ena dagen när vi var på språng, glass i lösvikt en annan dag. Trevligt och Urbanskt. Jag bad om sen utcheckning, men det visade sig att utcheckningen numer var klockan 12:00 och inte 11:00 som det var tidigare. Superbra! Ett stort minus för hela scandic-kedjan är att frukosten snart inte ingår i övernattningen. Sånt ogillas - mycket.

En rigtig godoplevelse

Opholdet var perfekt. Priser på mad og drikke ok. Perfekt beliggenhed i byen og det at hund er tilladt Der er kun en lille ting der kunne forbedres og det er adgang til danske TV kanaler på værelset. Vi var så glade for at være på hotellet at vi vender tilbage.

Utsikt mot en vägg. Ganska dyrt.

Rummet hade utsikt mot ett annat hus vägg rakt fram cirka 5 meter. Om man vände sig åt höger fanns en glugg av utsikt mot hamnen. Ingen informerade om bristande utsikt Inga kylskåp fanns tyvärr. Kostade nästan 2000 kr för två personer för ett dygn. Således ingen höjdare, man känner sig lite lurad förstås.

Perfekt beliggenhed, lækkert mad og god betjening. Sengene var gode, men hovedpuderne var efter min mening for små og flade. Vi kunne umiddelbart ikke regulere på varmen på værelset, så det var meget varmt at sove i, især når man nyder at sove koldt.

Standardstoppet när jag är i Karlskrona

Jag har provat de flesta hotell runt Karlskrona centrum då jag är där lite då och då i jobbet och finns det rum brukar jag boka in mig på Scandic. Rummen är trevliga och rena, frukosten är bra, läget är fint och skulle man få för sig att sätta sig på uteserveringen har man en fantastiskt utsikt. Den lär vara ännu bättre på den nyöppnade takbaren. Sedan de renoverade för något år sedan har det tillkommit både fler rum och fler parkeringsplatser, vilket är positivt då det varit svårt att hitta en parkeringsplats ibland.
