"The stay itself was totally okl spacious, clean, comfortable rooms. But checkin was not OK. We arrived quite late and struggled a bit to understand where the entrance to the hotel actually were. When we located it, it was closed. With the help of a flashlight we were able to read the information about the checkin automat. The automat would not check us in because our hotels.com reservation was not handled properly by the hotel. So we had to call -several times as noone picked up the phone. We...

"Friendly and helpful staff at a nice hotel in a quiet corner of the Black Forest. Dining was very good, and while the breakfast was not elaborate it was tasty and staff kept the buffet stocked even during a morning rush. All in all a good value."
