The hot water and heating weren't working and there was no reception. Was forced to communicate with their partner hotel, who were incredibly rude and couldn't have cared less.

Na topení byly pokrčené osušky a ručníky, o kterých jsme nevěděli, zda byly použité nebo vyprané a neusušené. Ve velmi malém pokoji nebyl stolek ani židle, přitom tam byl sušák na prádlo. Povlečení pokrčené, takže jsme taky nevěděli, zda je vůbec převlečeno. Malá barová lednička hlučná, rušila ve spánku. Chtěli jsme postele oddělitelné, což byly, ale když jsme je odsunuli od sebe, tak nešly zavřít dveře, jak byl pokoj malý. Jinak personál na recepci velmi milý a lokalita výborná. Chce to zapracovat na úklidu a reálném popisu pokoje. Výhled do zadního traktu, kde byl nepořádek, taky nic moc.

Das WC Sitz war Komplet unbefestigt, Dusche verstopft, aber war gereinigt, für 4 Personen nur 4 Badetücher gegeben, nach dem Meldung würde noch 2 gegeben. Und das letztes, einchecken nach 14.00 Uhr, muss in andere Gebäude, ca. 50m weiter. Sonst die Lage ist sehr Gut.

Sehr staubig. Nach Aufforderung immer noch nicht sauber gemacht. Küche zwar vorhanden aber kaum zu nutzen, denn wichtige Sachen wie Messer, Toaster etc nicht vorhanden. Ein Gabel war da, und 2 Teelöffel aus Kunststoff.. Wie soll man da was zum essen vorbereiten? Lage des Hotels traumhaft, Aussicht einmalig. Grottenschlechtes Service.
