The apartment was spacious with high ceilings. It also came with two large balconies with direct view of Grand Hotel Pupp. Hotel offers parking at €10/night, which makes parking in this posh town very convenient. Breakfast is also good quality.

Pleasant stay

My single room was fine except for the sink in the bathroom (the tinniest sink I've ever seen), which was almost unusable due to its position. No cleaning during my 2 day stay, just toiletries replenished. Breakfast was good with multiple options. The staff barely speak english, but nevertheless they were all very pleasant. Overall: a good hotel in central location.

Hotellet er i en gennemført 1800 tals empire stil og er beliggende i den fine ende af et i forvejen meget eksklusivt område. Værelset er meget lille og meget udstyret. Det er rart at opholde sig på selvom det ikke er særligt komfortabelt. F.eks. er håndvasken placeret i et hjørne med skab/spejl henover sammen med tandkrusholder og sæbeholder. Håndvasken var således fint udstyret men nærmest utilgængelig i forhold til dette at vaske sig, børste tænder osv..

Friendly staff and nice location.

Not the most luxurious hotel, but this hotel certainly has charm! Very old and cosy interiour and in good condition. The room I got was a single room and just big enough. Clean with a comfortable bed and nice bathroom. The hotel is not very big and the location is perfect. The breakfast was not so good. Very friendly staff!

Nice hotel - good location

Great location - right across Grand Hotel Pupp. Both the evening and morning front desk attendants were lovely. The breakfast is good - both hot and cold. I had a single room - it was very clean but a bit on a smaller side.

Хороший отель

Очень доброжелательный персонал, хорошо говорящий на русском языке. Номера с высокими потолками, оформлены в старинном стиле. Есть лифт. Хороший, разнообразный завтрак. Прекрасное расположение отеля, рядом остановка рейсового автобуса. В пяти минутах ходьбы от отеля колоннада с водой. Недостатки: у нечетный номеров окна выходят в проулок между зданиями.

Très bon hôtel en plein centre

Très bon accueil, la chambre est parfaitement propre et la salle de bain aussi. L'hôtel est joli si on aime ce style. Le petit déjeuner était très correct aussi. Bref, très bon choix que je recommande. Seul hic : 13€ la place de parking en pleine rue, ça fait mal.

"Ein echter Geheimtipp"

Wir waren ein Wochenende im Hotel Alisa, hatten eine Suite mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht auf Die Promenade, super freundliches Personal, vorbildliche Sauberkeit und Ausstattung der Zimmer, super Frühstück. Das Hotel bekommt von uns "5 Sterne".

Trevligt hotel med bra läge

Mycket positiv upplevelse. Receptionist gjorde allt för att vara tillmötesgående och hjälpsam. Perfekt läge och trevligt hotell. Bokar gärna där igen. Om klaga på något så kanske frukosten något spartansk, men fullt tillräcklig.
