"Exceptionally clean overall, but especially wonderful to have crisp white sheets, a change of towels, and warm comfortable rooms. Each bedroom had its own TV as well as one in the lounge area. A lovely Island vibe, warm fuzzies everywhere. Kitchen was the most well equipped I have ever seen: full cooker - stove and 4 elements, air fryer, microwave, coffee machine, a selection of teas, coffee, and home-baking for a surprise welcome. Paul and Katalina made me feel like treasured family. I highly recommend Karikari Lodge as a great place to stay, especially for self drive tourists. Very handy to all of the outstanding beaches in the area, Warm regards, Josephine"

"Clean room and washroom, kind and helpful staff, lots of space (room could have accomodated 5 people - 1 queen, 3 twin beds). It also had a kitchenette which was convenient for breakfast. Parking was free and just in front of the room. Overall, for our one night stay, it had everything a guest needed."
