チェックインはスムーズでした。お部屋もきれいでした。大浴場があるので、寒い時期にはとてもありがたかったです。朝食はひと通りの新潟のものがいただけるのでお得な気持ちになりました。チェックアウト後は、荷物を預けるのも駅から近いので 、便利でした。

It’s just beautiful. They have a shuttle to the ski areas that aren’t walkable. Free shuttle from and to the train station. They were very friendly and helped me set up my luggage transportation to the next ski location.
