"We had the worse experience of any kind . The hotel isn’t luxury . Everything outdated and the service was appalling . We stayed one hour in the property and instantly checked out as it was so bad . We couldn’t see ourselves staying for five nights in a dirty environment and the staff that couldn’t be bothered and everything was an effort . We wrote to the general manager and the hotel office and didn’t even get an acknowledgment or even a reply . We even asked for a manager when we were there and they said there were none . An appalling experience all along "

"The room was spacious and clean. The staff always so so friendly. Even though we checked in later in the evening that we were greeted with such kindness and warmth. You’re close enough to everything yet far enough from the chaos- plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby if you want to stay close. They even decorated our room as we are celebrating. Thank youuuuu"

Everything we had at the restaurant was delicious and especially the morning breakfast there was always a fresh selection of fruits and pastries.W e also took part in the yoga classes held in a beautiful setting, and the nature walk held in the morning.
