"The front desk agreed to cancel my reservation and issue a refund, but I have still not received my money. The hotel directed me to Expedia, although the payment appears to be held by the hotel. I would not recommend paying in advance through online booking sites."

"Stuff was trying to take more money by saying you can’t pay online you pay here , even though had showed them booking reference but they tried their best, not a family Hotel, will not recommend this to anyone, I checked ina different hotel, couldn’t stay there it was that bad."

"Emergency stay. Stayed one nice. The staff was polite. They took care of my bags. It was in less than average condition BUT the bed and linens were absolutely clean! Weak cold shower but the bathroom floor was in great conditions! Water gets shut off. AC and fan gets shut off. It was a good stop for am emergency. No pests! No sewer smell! I enjoyed my stay mostly."

Breakfast was also good this place in also near to many malls and markits near by. Thanks to Expedia for giving us great opportunity to stay at great place. "My stay in Sarawan Hotel was above my expectations because The room rate was much cheaper than the other hotels around the proximity Hotel was well cleaned Amenities were much cheaper Staff and services were excellent Atrium mall is adjacent and within two minutes walk where one can do all the shopping Property condition and facilities are excellent I will give ***** (five star) all in all !
