"Beim Check in stand kein Behindertenparklatz zur Verfügung und man hätte vom anderen Parkplatz als schwer Gehbehinderter 36 Stufen oder mehrere hundert Meter gehen müssen. Erst nach Androhung dass wir nicht einchecken wurde für einen Parkplatz gesorgt. Massagetermine wurden falsch eingetragen, sodass statt 6 nur 2 Massagen gemacht werden konnten. "The Outside doesn't look so nice, this is the first view! But if you meet the Girls by your Check-in, the are so friendly, you see your Room, nice and clean! You can walk in 5 minuets to the Lake Balaton, to visit the Beach, find a good spot to eat and much more. Also the Breakfirst was good, and the parking spot is direkt in front of the Hotel. I would like to Recommend it ! "

"If I traveled to Keszthely again, I would pick the same place. The owners were very hospitable and very helpful in arranging extra activities, like our bike rental. Practical bonuses: a fridge in the room, a coffee maker in the main hall, complimentary tea and coffee; all making it possible to grab a snack before going out in the morning. The neighbourhood is lovely and quiet, whereas the lake, the beach and the center of Keszthely are within a walking distance. Overall, I would recommend it...

"One night stay, simple room, but comfortable and very close to the lake which is the reason for our visit. Very nice breakfast. Restaurant available on premises which was great for dinner. The town is sweet, I wish we stayed longer. "

"Brett and Lilla are Always very happy with our stay at hotel helikon the food is always great and so is the facility’s and the pleasant staff except for one low life who yelled at me for bringing my own drink to the dining room table but since I’m rich and he is working poor I acted like an adult and let it go even though I could have ruined his life because this is the American way he’s lucky I wasn’t an evil elitist snob European other than that everything was great the man was over 45 and had grey hair so Il let him enjoy his pathetic life "

Ensana Thermal Hévíz

"I had an amazing time at Ensana Thermal Hévíz. The hotel is only a short walk from the lake and right next to a lovely park/forest. I had a room overlooking the park and the lake which was nice. The hotel has great facilities, and a large selection of both wellness and medical spa treatments. Staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. The food was nice and they had some vegetarian options and lighter/healthier meals too. The hotel also offers exercise classes during the day and social events most evenings. The only thing thing i didn't like was when they decided to drill holes into the ceiling in the spa area while it was still open and guests were still in the pools. I felt it could have been done outside of spa opening hours instead as it created a lot of noise and guests had to walk through debris falling from the ceiling. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and i will definitely be back."

"Very pampering experiences. My wife and I took full advantages of various treatments. The breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent. There is a very nice village that is a short walk from the resort. They arranged for a driver to take us from Budapest and back at a very fair price."
