Prijs/kwaliteit ok, maar alles was dicht op maandagavond (bar/restaurant) en bij aankomst rond 18u25 lag de sleutel met duidelike begeleidende brief klaar. Geen mens gezien.Ook ´s morgens niemand gezien. Sleutel op de receptie gelegd en vertrokken. Was wel snel :-) Er ligt wel een Brasserie tegenover die open was om iets te eten. ´s morgens om 6u veel lawaai van dichtslaande deuren (slechte isolatie), dus nachtrust was gedaan vanaf 6u terwijl ik net op hotel blijf om niet om 5u30 te moeten vertrekken.

Fijn verblijf in moeilijke tijden.

In deze moeilijke tijden is het fijn om aan te komen bij een familiehotel waar eenieder zich ten volle inzet om het de gasten toch volledig naar de zin te maken. De mensen van Hostellerie Ter Heide verdienen een dikke pluim!!!

Een heel fijne ervaring van een rustig en prettig verblijf. Omdat een van ons momenteel moeilijk loopt was het ontbreken van een lift jammer. Het oplopen van de op zich gemakkelijke en brede trap naar de eerste verdieping met de hotelkamers ging toch wat moeizaam. Maar het was de moeite waard en zal ons zeker niet van een tweede bezoek weerhouden

Hotel staat vlak bij de Lembeekse bossen

Heel mooi hotel. We vonden het wel jammer dat we de ontbijtjes maar met z'n tweeen waren. Het hotel wordt veel door zakenlui gebruikt.

Very quiet area

We wanted a break in the country but it was out of season and we were often the only people in the hotel,which meant there were no facilities open.Breakfast was poor, except on the Sunday when a large group were having the meal and there was a lot more choice.

This is a clean and pleasant hotel with a nice restaurant. The only issue we had was that there were no sheets on the bed so we slept on the under sheet which was a bit rough to the touch. This was probably an oversight in an otherwise we'll run hotel

Das Hotel liegt ca 15km ausserhalb von Gent an einem kleinen Wald.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit einer super Küche. Es empfielt sich eine HP zu reservieren. Die Zimmer sind angenehm gross. Bad ist mit grosszügiger Wanne. Im Bad war bei mir lediglich die Duschwand nicht sauber gewischt worden (Kalkflecken). Daher auch nur 4 von 5 Pkt bei Sauberkeit und allgemeiner Zufriedenheit.
