Basic Budget Hotel

If you’re looking for a basic hotel on a budget, this ticks the boxes. There are decently sized beds, toilet facilities, car park and opposite a good 24hr shell garage and Burger King. A downside was that there was no safe available, and the bathroom lock was missing. The rooms get very hot in the warmer seasons, there’s no air-con but there was 2 fans provided and wide-opening windows. Overall, it has what you need if you’re just looking for somewhere to sleep, but if you want more than a bed and hygiene, spend more elsewhere.

I recently had the unfortunate opportunity to stay at Euro Hotel, and I must say it was a truly disappointing experience. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this establishment lacked the most basic level of hospitality. Firstly, it's worth noting that nobody in the entire hotel seemed to speak English. As a foreign traveler, this posed a significant challenge when it came to communication. It is quite astonishing that in this day and age, a hotel would not have staff members who are capable of conversing in a language as widely spoken as English. My dissatisfaction only increased during breakfast when I encountered an extremely rude waitress. Instead of providing me with any assistance or offering a pleasant dining experience, she actually demanded that I clean my own table. Such an unprofessional and unwelcoming behavior is simply unacceptable in the service industry. Furthermore, upon my arrival at 10 p.m., there was nobody present at the reception desk to assist me with the check-in process. I was left stranded, with no choice but to make my way to a nearby gas station to retrieve the key. To make matters worse, the employees at the gas station were rather impolite and seemed annoyed that I couldn't speak German fluently. Overall, my stay at Euro Hotel was marred by a lack of English-speaking staff, a disrespectful waitress during breakfast, and the inconvenience of having to retrieve the key from a g

Das Hotel war soweit in Ordnung. Die Silikonfugen in der Dusche hatten etwas Schimmel. Der Frühstücksraum ist relativ klein aber es war alles da, was man brauchte.

Hotel comodo per la posizione (vicinissimo al parco Europapark e Rulantica) ma da starci non più di una notte. Letto scomodo e cuscini praticamente inesistenti. Pulizia normale. Cosa assurda assenza di ascensore, quindi scomodissimo per salire e scendere i bagagli. Personale poco cordiale, che parla veramente poco l'inglese. Molto buona invece la comunicazione via mail. Parcheggio piccolo vicino l'hotel.

Nous avons passé un séjour médiocre dans cet hôtel, déjà la chambre triple était constitué d’un lit double et un lit d’appoint, plus de passage dans la chambre. Ce lit n’était pas solide et se plie. La chambre double avec un plafond d’angle, donc le lit était en dessous avec risque de se faire mal à la tête au réveil.
