Room was excellent clean comfortable. Had an issue with noise level. People outside of room talking very loud and not being considerate of others. Did not complain to front desk it was more of those guest not being aware of surroundings . Hotel staff was friendly and courteous

Air/heat in the room….only thing that worked on the unit was the fan….front desk said had to use the thermostat in the wall, but tried explaining to them that it had no power to it and wasn’t operating
