"Beautiful hotel located in the heart of downtown Kansas City. It was close to all the places we wanted to visit while we were there. Staff was great. My only complaint would be the parking was pretty expensive. I would suggest self parking but other than that the hotel is one of the best in KC."

"Checked in, never once went into the bathroom. Finally decided to go into the bathroom to use the restroom and it was pubic hairs, and on the floor and in the tub. Obviously someone didn't do their job."
