"4年前に泊まった時よりもずいぶんリフォームされていました。出張での利用ですが、街中のホテルより2倍くらい広い。長期滞在や家族滞在にとっては十分な広さ。出張だと結構贅沢なダブルベッドや事務所代わりの空間として使えます。 WIFIも前より改善しており、仕事での利用でも問題ありませんでした。 しいて言えば、水回りがちょっと古いですが、この価格を考えると十分すぎると思います。 オーナーさん自身が部屋のリフォームや新築の開発をされていらっしゃるとのことで、次回くるときの変化をまた楽しみにしています。"

"Everything was good, there was a shower/ bath, laundry machine with detergent, cooking utensils and so on. Only issue I had was small ants on the table. Everything under budget and no noise from neighbours."

"Location-wise it is very convenient, just a few minutes' walk from the train station. The size of the room is probably at least double of any business hotels around the Kagoshimachuo Station area.
