"Rotten, a lizard in room, 100s of mosquitos in room, property very run down with mould in bath room, sheets not washed, we found somebody pile of hair in bed. Stinks and smells of mould. We checked out and moved to another hotel in 10 minutes. Loud noise outside, like a boom box on head. "

Krushna went out of his way to move us to a better, upstairs, room when the room we were first given turned out to have some smoke odors and also too little privacy from the garden outside. Btw, the executive rooms upstairs have the same pool and garden views as the rooms downstairs, with the added attraction of a balcony. Huge, clean, largely unused, pool. "Overall the hotel is good relative to the price paid. Location is super as it is near to the airport, on the main road, and near to the downtown. Service is good as well and staffs are friendly. Breakfast served is simple but very tasty. Lunch and dinner are just average. Cleanliness and decos are good."

"CHEATS! Stay away from this place, there are much better places available close by! Facility wise nothing more than an average business hotel, very noisy and crowded location. After checking in I found out the electric kettle in the room is broken, and asked them to replace, and which they did. While checking out I was surprised to find they charged me 1200 INR for the kettle, by the way the Manager did not even know how to spell kettle. The night before, while checking in the manager...
