"I'm coming from another country with bags then I discover that there is only stairs to take the bags and I have to take it by myself which is very hard for me. "We stayed 4 night 5 days. The location was perfect, with easy access to the tram and bus stations, as well as a supermarket nearby. There was also a bar in the hotel where we could enjoy drinks and food. The room was very clean and quiet, and we had a good night's sleep. However, it was a bit small for four people, due to open shower water tended to splash everywhere, leaving the bathroom floor wet. Also, the sink did not drain very well. The reception staff were very helpful and kindly allowed us to store our luggage before check-in and after check-out. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and had a comfortable, restful experience."
