The staff were attentive, courteous, and accommodating, going above and beyond to meet our needs despite the language barrier. Every request was handled with care and professionalism. A special mention goes to Miss Tomoko Hasebe from the concierge team, who provided exceptional assistance throughout our stay. Her dedication and thoughtful support made a real difference and left a lasting impression. Our room was clean and comfortable, reflecting the hotel’s attention to detail. We also enjoyed the Japanese-style breakfast at the restaurant on the second floor during our stay. Overall, Nagoya Tokyu Hotel may be a little older, but it delivers traditional hospitality at its finest. We would gladly stay again. "
