"Turned up in Dharamshala, get to hotel, has not existed for 2 years. Clearly been sold and rebranded. Yet somehow Hotels.com managed to book us a room. Absolutely unbelievable.
$25 Onecash credit compensation for 3 rooms, 3 adults had to rebook somewhere else at walk up rates and this is what Hotels.com thought was appropriate compensation.

"The internet didnt work the entire time. Staff kept making the excuses. I have the videos of it as well. They gave us standard room which was on higher floor and way better than the premium one i booked. They never cared to give us the money difference back since we ended up opting for a standard room.
