I enjoyed my stay here and appreciated having a quiet room at the end of the hallway. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, although I initially had a little trouble finding it.
The room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with a refrigerator and an electric kettle for preparing hot beverages. Like many hotels today, housekeeping is not provided daily, but the towel replacement and trash collection system worked very smoothly.
I did not purchase breakfast, so I cannot comment on the food. However, the hotel provided complimentary coffee, hot beverages, iced tea, and lemon water on the 13th floor lobby area throughout the day, which was a nice touch.
The only reason I rated the hotel 4 stars instead of 5 is that, unlike most Japanese hotels I have stayed in, there were no coffee or tea packets available in the room. To get my morning coffee, I had to use the beverage machine on the 13th floor. Since my room was on the 5th floor and the hotel has only two small elevators, this sometimes meant waiting during the busy morning period when guests were heading to breakfast or leaving for the day.
Other than that minor inconvenience, I had a very pleasant stay. The front desk staff spoke some English and were always friendly, helpful, and accommodating with my questions and requests.

Liked: Staff & service
Rooms need better cleaning around the air vents, there was dust buildup, little dead bugs stuck to walls and ceilings. Large amount of dust stuck on the fire nozzle.. it takes zero time and effort to see and clean.
Personnel was nice and location was close to the station and shops. Some noise from the trains can be heard but it’s not that big of a deal.
Airconditioning is on a groep setting and was set to heating while it was pretty warm, they could not switch this off and offered a fan.. I just opened the window instead.
The one annoying facilities part was that there are only two washing machines for the entire hotel.
I really enjoyed by stay at the hotel. The room is compact but well equipped. The breakfast is quite authentic. Love the fact that you can have an open view from the balcony up on the 13th floor, and see different trains passing.
The tami rooms were "roomy" and very clean and comfortable with supplied jinbei. The included breakfast buffet was a most excellent Japanese offering. The Japanese bath spa was excellent with several varying tubs and included personal amenities. Location was perfect, walking distance to train station and shops...would definatly return and recommend!

Surprising Japanese breakfast. Miso soup could not replace good coffee. Location was great so we had many choice within short walk.
We opted for the Japanese style room - tatami mats with mattresses on the floor and it was perfectly comfortable but if you don’t like the idea of getting up off the floor, opt for the standard room. Hotel was clean, staff were friendly and it’s an easy walk from Kanazawa Stn.
It took a little walking to get to the hotel, yet it was a safe and comfortable distance to the station. Easy check-in and out, private, beautiful, calming, and new interiors. The bedding is excellent, offering good rest to our tired feet from city walking in Kanazawa.
Stayed in late May. Good location near train station, bus to Omicho market, Kenroku-en Garden. Unusually ( for me), the reception is on 13th floor, which is above all the guest rooms. Small parking lot at ground floor for about 10 cars. Firm bed. Only drawback is the slight noise from the train as hotel is right next to train track.
This place was very clean and good quality. The only qualm I have is that there wasn’t a close crosswalk to get to the side of the road it was on(was a hassle with luggage), but that’s more of a placement problem. Staff were very friendly and helpful
This was my first stay in Kanazawa and this location was perfect. Not too close to the train station, but within a 2 minute walk to get to the main transportation hub. My room could have used a bit of TLC as there were scuffs and marks on the walls in the room, but that's just not picking.
The hotel is within walkable range from Kanazawa Station. There's 2 shopping malls in between, one which you could walk through to reach the hotel and avoid some rain and snow.
There's free coffee and tea for lodgers, the amenities were great too.
If you want to visit most of the tourist spots around Kanazawa Station, it's within 2km vicinity so you could walk around too.
Will return to stay at the hotel again if I ever return to Kanazawa again
Very convenient location close to JR and public transportation. Although the hotel is close to railway track, but not noisy at all. Comfortable bed and pillow. Although small size room, clean and neat. Room cleaning service upon request. Provided clean towels daily.
