Hotel Amanek was a real joy to stay at. The facilities are immaculate and the staff are polite and efficient. The area is very convenient and most if not all Kanazawa sites are easily walkable. It is best to take a taxi from the train station to get to the hotel though (approximately 1500 Y) I would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel, in a good location, close to designer area, Samurai district, Nishi chaya district and Korakuen garden. The room was modern and pleasant, bed very comfortable. The TV was updated. The bath area was well equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body lotion. Recommends local restaurant Tomoya which is excellent and cheap , and Ninja weapon museum in Nishi Chaya District.

Fantastic Location and great staff, they helped us with a short notice request for a car service which was fantastic. Could not speak highly enough of staff and this hotel. Very nice and clean rooms with Kanazawa at your door step. Thank you.

We stayed here as a family of four in a Family style room (two rooms joined together with two bathrooms). Couldn't believe how affordable it was. The hotel is absolutely amazing. We travelled around Japan for three weeks and stayed in some very nice places but this hotel was absolutely the best. We loved all the amenities, esp the public bath. Everything felt like such a great quality.

大浴場は小規模ではあるものの、寝る前に利用したら空いていて快適でした。 片町交差点近くなので、週末の夜は賑やかです。初めて金沢に伺ったのでいわゆる『夜の街』だと知らずに行って、娘と二人でびっくりしましたが、歌舞伎町みたいに危ない感じではありませんでした。 近くにも飲食店やショッピングできるところが多く、お天気が良かったので、金沢城〜兼六園へも歩きました。
