Chose Canmore instead of Banff for price and were not disappointed. "

"Beautiful property, awesome views from our room. Great service. Friendly staff. Loved the live music in the lounge each night. Great to have shuttle and bus service from front of resort. However, the rooms are spacious but very dated. Furniture is worn. Carpets are old. Needs a refresh into modern times! Overall good place to stay. "

"Very nice and clean place with a cozy lobby with fireplace. Dinner at the on-site restaurant was pretty good. Our room had very nice mountain views. Staff was very nice and friendly. Nespresso coffee in the room is a nice bonus!"

"Staff was nice, helpful. But for us there was no shopping or dining other than the hotels. I guess you get what you pay for. There were 3 windows in this room. The one with the best was in the bathroom. And you had to be sitting on the toilet to see the window. The other window from our bed looked at a wall, 4-5' away. Bathroom, shower, bed were nice, not something we're going to remember about. "
