"The only reason for the poor rating is that there pool was shut down due to unforeseen circumstances - and we had booked this hotel only the day before because our 12 year old daughter was excited about the outdoor heated pool in the mountains and she didn't get to experience it. They didn't really offer anything for this and we paid the $ we did as the pool was seen as an additional extra other cheaper hotels didn't have. "
