"[1 - Deception] With my online rental conditions are seriously inconsistent with the use of said Upgrade 3 rooms in the accommodation unit, has not told us is a different neighborhood different buildings. "I had a really bad experience with this homestay. I booked a room and received no confirmation or reply at all. After waiting, I decided to message them—only then did the host finally respond and casually told me the room was not available, and asked me to apply for a refund myself. No apology, no help.
