"I had a wonderful 2 nights at this property. The grounds are especially nice as they are like the hotel name describes -Gardens where there are multiple choices to relax. The staff is especially amazing and always available to assist and made my stay so comfortable. I especially want to thank Hillary, Lillian, Sara, Oliver and Sylvia for going out of their way for me. I was honestly very surprised at how comfortable and well-run everything was - truly comparable to a high-end US or European hotel. I did have an issue with my hot-water heater which was not working, and the staff immediately offered solutions such as moving rooms or showering in a different room.
