"This hotel was a residence at one time so the layout is a little strange. On the second floor, there is a large living room area connected to two tandem bedrooms, the master reached via a small bedroom; this would be ideal for a family. Other guests on this floor have access to the living room. There is also a large balcony. "Very bad acces road especially after rain. Away from main road and any big shop. Breakfast was always late and room next to kitchen is a nightmare. No night time so no good sleep for you (noises). Owners are friendly but they need to be more serious about guests. No hot water in shower. Heater broken? No bin bags. Doors and windows are not soundproof like stated on www. Good view on the city may compensate above issues. I would come back but this time only on top floor."

"Got to the (awful) hotel to be told the airport shuttle wasn't available and they weren't expecting us. We showed them the confirmation of booking and payment and the phoned their boss. Apparently every internet booking the payment isn't received so if we want to stay at the hotel we would have to pay twice and claim the money back later. They openly admit they try this on all bookings. We left and stayed at the airport instead and will claim or original payment from Expedia."

"This is the best hotel I've experienced. The staff are particularly accommodating and learn guests' names, the grounds are within a peaceful green park, multiple restaurants with ambient settings, breakfast is superb, the rooms are extremely clean with excellent hot water, and the room patios have a nice view.
