"The hotel is ideally placed for the bus/ train station and the city centre tourist attractions (15 mins walk). The room allocated was a good size and the bed was very comfortable and the room cleaned each day. The wash hand basin could have been fitted with a plug to save water. The shower cubicle should have a tray to hold soap, shampoo etc again this would cut down on shower time and save water. The breakfast supplied by the hotel was satisfactory. All of the staff I encountered were friendly, helpful and professional. There is a supermarket directly next door to the hotel which was very useful."
