"Its an older hotel, but I knew that. The bed was amazing and comfortable. The staff was friendly. I sleep best with some kind of noise so the bar downstairs playing music was AMAZING, however who ever had the aux was playing all my favorite music and it took everything in me not to go dancing in my pjs. I will definitely be back for my next kamloops get away."

The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Everything about my stay was fantastic! What truly made this experience special was the kindness shown even after I checked out. I accidentally left an item behind, and when I reached out, the team went above and beyond to retrieve it and mail it back to me. To my surprise, they even included adorable stickers and the cutest little rubber ducky! 🐥💛 It’s those thoughtful little gestures that make a lasting impression.
