"Location-wise it is very convenient, just a few minutes' walk from the train station. The size of the room is probably at least double of any business hotels around the Kagoshimachuo Station area. Awful check in experience, cannot recommend
"Check in was incredibly awful, 40 mins in 35 degree heat outside because the property owner did not send a valid door code. Ended up calling hotels.com who managed to sort but at a cost in phones, patience and valuable holiday time as well as cooking in the heat. Dreadful check in.... cannot recommend ..."
