"The room was clean and spacious! Linens were very nice and the beds very comfortable! The property grounds were beautiful with palm trees with areas to sit and socialize. The pool was beautiful with fountains and a hot tub. The property was so lovely it’s unfortunate that property management allowed items that should have been trashed to remain on the premises. The chair in our room needed to be reupholstered; the life ring at the pool was torn and two if the chaise chairs were faded and torn. These items took away from an exceptional experience."

"Breakfast was good. Wish they could keep it hotter. Pretty cold before you can eat it Room air conditioner very loud. Will definitely keep you awake cutting on and off Beautiful place on the water. Convenient to everything in area "

"The first room, toilet didn’t flush and the floors were sticky annd dirty. Overall, the room was disgusting. We asked to be moved to a different room. The second room, a little better. The TV didn’t work. No big deal, wasn’t on vacation to watch TV. The front face plate on the microwave fell off while using it and the fridge didn’t work. All our food we brought spoiled. If you’re going to spend the money and expect the room to be clean and all amenities to work, spend your money elsewhere. "

"The laundry room was out of order and the pool needs to be cleaned but either then that evryone was very nice and no one bothered u will recommend to everyone "

"We had an issue in the room so the front desk were able to accommodate us to another room. That was great because we traveled about 5 hours to get there. Attended a family funeral & that was the last thing on our mind. "

"Cons: Pool was dirty, no tools to clean it. Staff was NEVER on site, trash bin by the pavilion was full the whole time. All BBQ grills had broken grates making all of them almost impossible to cook on. Room was clean, if you don’t count the areas where the floor meets the wall, especially around the beds, where the hair, dust, and dead roaches gathered. The beds were like a box of springs with a thin blanket on top, very uncomfortable and outdated. We reserved a room that slept 6 for 2 nights and were provided 4 cheesecloth like towels, 3 washrags and 1.5 rolls of toilet paper, once we ran out of both and needed more, you guessed it! Nobody there to provide more. Only the $300/per night rooms have a kitchen. We had to purchase a hot plate and electric skillet to make our meals. Pros: Good WiFi, cable TV, lots of hot water. "

"The resort had everything we needed to make ourselves at home. Clean sheets and ample towels. I appreciated having my own reserved parking space too! Check in and check out was so easy! "
