"This family owned and run boutique hotel was perfect! We stayed in the annex apartment, breakfast was included (so much food), the courtyard was beautiful and it's centrally located. The staff and owner were extremely helpful, informative and friendly."

"The owner/manager of this property was wonderful. He was very friendly and hands-on involved in making sure our stay was enjoyable. The property is unique with its grove of hundreds of citrus trees and offers insights into how this property functioned as a stone-walled citrus “farm” centuries ago."

"The resort is well located, very close to the beach, 5 min walk; close to the city, Chios, 15 min drive, and 10 min drive to the airport. Farfas is a small village, well served. I noticed a bus stop to Chios but never used. The resort facilities are a little old but well maintained. The rooms are comfortable, daily room service. They provide breakfast buffet with a variety of choices, very tasty, and a new Nespresso machine, love it. The pool is relatively small, the downside is that open hours start very late, 11am, till 7pm and it was packed with kids, no time for adults to use it. That area needs more cleaning maintenance. The covered parking is very confusing, there are different entrances and small spaces, The customer service is great. Sad to see that the top floor, ocean view, is no longer in service. We had a great vacation, highly recommend."

"Rooms were good, Shower glass needs some sort of flap at the bottom as impossible to have a shower without the whole of floor getting wet. Lights not well place next to the bed you have to get out of bed to switch it off, which at night is annoying Also would have preferred some sort of glass partition on the balcony as it is only a low wall, therefore not very private. Staff were very polite and helpful, and service was excellent"
