"We stayed in a nice & cozy 2BR with balcony. There are 2 things that needs improvement- the hot water, television and mini fridge were not working properly during our 2 night stay. Staff came but our issues were not resolved properly."

"Everyhing very bad Nothing working in the rooms so 3 time chance the room. All the night very loud karaoke till 7 o clock in the morning. Second day we check in other hotel for can sleep. 1 day earlier than we book we check out and go to Manilla. So from 4 days we there 2 nights and 2 nights there not able to sleep. The staff don,t care anything. Bad bad bad. Never ever book there again"

"The whole second floor didn’t have hot water and we only realized this after settling in and unpacking. The hotel said the only thing they could do was change us to the 3rd floor. It was really inconvenient that late. The room with hot water was dirty and not renovated like the second floor. Aldo there are dangerous wild dogs in the parking lot that growled at the guests. That’s completely unacceptable. "
