"Just a quick stopover to Kos then I am off to Bodrum, this was close to airport and lovely beaches, the hotel was apartments, rooms had everything needed. The staff are amazing, very welcoming and friendly. The local bus stop which takes you to the airport and Kos Town, in one minute from the hotel, so very handy. Great Pool. Highly recommend. Thanks for having me."

"Stunning property, let down by management and privacy issues. OKU Kos is beautiful. The 20m pool is spotless and great for fitness. However, our room's private pool lacked privacy; gaps in the walls allow neighbours to see right in, ruining any chance of skinny-dipping. The beach is stunning with comfy sunbeds, though it gets very windy.Food is a mixed bag. Breakfast is outstanding with perfect poached eggs, and the bar staff serve wonderful cocktails. However, the chef consistently overcooks fish. We had to send a tuna dish back, though they did compensate us with free drinks. Spa treatments are good, but note the hammam and sauna cost extra to turn on.Guest services need major improvement. First, the hotel tried to downgrade our room category pre-arrival, forcing a stressful 3-hour phone call with our travel agent to fix.Second, the Guest Services Manager ignored our pre-arrival emails and only said a brief hello on night three, seeming clueless about our profile.Third, swapping half-board dinner for lunch was a struggle, though a kind receptionist eventually helped us on our final day.Finally, for the World Cup semi-final, they just gave local suggestions instead of offering to make a booking for us. This is not luxury concierge service.It is still a great location for couples or groups, but do not expect true 5-star service."

"The hotel was beautiful and very well maintained. The staff went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable and memorable as possible. Special thanks to Giorghos and Lambros at the restaurant, Alexis and Dimitri at the front desk, and to Marianna at the pool. What a wonderful team!! "Perfect for families. Step free access for those with pushchairs, although, when you’re there, it’s unlikely you would need to use it. The swimming pools are lovely and clean. Beach towels are provided so no need to pack your own. The rooms are quite spacious. Lovely modern bathrooms. We did have a bit of an ant problem in our bathroom but nothing too problematic. There’s a wide choice of food at the buffet. They grow a lot of their fruit and veg on the premises. You will see vegetable patches between the bungalows. Staff were very attentive and friendly. The children’s area is a little tired and could do with a refresh. Otherwise, a very lovely resort. Recommend booking your transfers to and from the airport. There are taxis but you could be waiting a long time for them. It can be costly depending on where you’re going. We befriended a taxi driver who took us into the town centre so used him again to take us to the airport. Also recommend getting to the airport a minimum of 3 hours ahead on the way home. Checking in and getting through security is a lengthy processes and quite a few of us had to get fast tracked to our plane because it started boarding by the time we made it to Duty free."

"We were a large party staying for a wedding we loved the size of the hotel and its location on the beach. We had a swim up sea views room which was superb. If you are looking for a lively hotel with a swim up activity pool there isn’t one but there are lots of pools and lots to do. The main restaurant is lovely with good food choice and attentive waiters. Our favourite restaurant was on the beach especially the chilled vibe and the breakfast. Special shout out to Jess who was superb at speaking to us all letting us know what activities were going on -I loved the stretching class on the beach and the aqua fit in the pool ! Also Eni our waitress in the evening was super attentive and great fun. ! This hotel is a great vibe no rushing for sunbeds no queues for meals and great drinks and bars - we loved our stay. All the staff were super friendly - apart from those on reception who were quite blunt and rude."
