"This beautiful property in Mirthios has beautiful views and all of the amenities one would want to make an enjoyable holiday. We drove from Chania to this location and we were happy that we rented a car so that we could drive down to Plakias (6 minutes away) to enjoy the beaches and Taverna’s. This property is in Close proximity to many must see attractions. Kostas was an amazing host. His attention to detail Is amazing and we thank him for a lovely stay. "

"The staff were very helpful and responsive. We stayed in a maisonnette and like some of the others have said the sea view is blocked partially by the buildings in front. The road that runs in front has parking but it's also noisy, and the balcony had no shade. The apartment was lovely but needed some maintenance - kitchen needed a bit of tidying and the shower head was hanging off. The units are clean, comfortable, and we were nicely set up with a single villa using the lower level for our two kids. Do sign up for the breakfast---it was delicious, the best we had in Greece. "Just come back from 10 days at Horizon Beach Hotel. The property was clean and appropriately fitted out for a three star hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. "Situated on shore in a central location with many restaurants nearby. Breakfast was excellent. Room was fine, if basic. Hotel has a small parking lots a few hundred meters distant. On street parking looks doable. The hotel offered a nice farewell gift. Overall, pleasant. "Just misses the mark. The property has a great location, sea view, close to town and beach. Harris & Elena friendly. However, breakfast is poor (don’t bother). The room cleaning consisted of a sweep that just moved the dust to the corners - use a mop? A mop would also come in handy for the bathroom as it flooded every time we showered and the water didn’t run towards the drain hole, we had to use towels to mop the floor dry to use toilet and sink. I don’t think under the bed was ever cleaned....
