"最上川のすぐ近くで、どの部屋の窓からも最上川が望めます。
2024年の水害で、大きな被害を受けられてからの復興は、大変だったと思いますが、笑顔で、迎えて下さり、スタッフ一人ひとりが、細やかな心配りをして下さいました。
横なぐりの雨の中、車からどうやってフロントまで、行こうかと思い悩んでいたら、傘を持って駆け寄って下さいました。
温かい気持ちになれました。
スタッフ皆さんのおかげで、山形旅行は、とても心に残る ものになりました。徳島から、来て良かったです。ありがとうございました。"
