"The property was immaculately kept. And the room was clean. From check-in to check-out, all of it can be done independently. Beverages that were prepared was sufficient and was generous. However, the code to access and enter the property was rather difficult to access especially from a foreign country. we were lucky to have a good samaritan came by and helped us out."

"Everything was spotlessly clean and contact with email hotel manager was very quick regarding a few concerns that we came across.Everything was solved in quick and professional manner. Although, on the day of our check out, the cleaning crew started to knock to our doors from 7AM, and after that 3 more times and at 9AM they entered the room while we still were sleeping. I understand they they want to clean but check out it’s at 11AM. In the United States it’s just unacceptable to do that."

"Location close to the metro was great for our trip. We were a bit disappointed at arrival as we thought we would have a living room, which we didn't have. It was difficult to "read" the images and to know which images belonged to which appartement. But all in all, it was a great stay. "Overall the location is great. I was a little taken aback when the receptionist said I shouldn't have walked away from the automatic kiosk after it said there were no rooms available, even though I had a reservation. It appeared no one was able to use the kiosks to successfully check-in. I also wish the tubs were a little more accommodating, they're pitched like a black diamond ski slope. All in all, the location is perfect for early flights. One of my top 5 airport hotels!"
