Very nice, clean, and quiet hotel. Staff was very helpful as well. Definitely recommend staying here - it's a great place for travelers looking for a lowkey laidback hotel. They need to update their amenity list tho since the amenities they list are not provided by the hotel. It's little deceiving. I booked this place to use their gym in the evening so it was little disappointing when I learned that there is no gym in the hotel and the neighboring gym facility only accepts people with a monthly membership - ended up going across the town to another gym.

Poor choice.

Bad choice, very loud music festival right next door until midnight. First room allocated had no toilet seat nor lid. In my opinion neither 4 star nor a Spa. Reallocated room fine. No in room coffee or tea.

Needs updating

When checking out, I informed the person of three problems: 1. One of the two keycards didn't work, 2. The doors tended to creak for lack of oil, 3. The sink drain wasn't connected to the wall, resulting in a flooded bathroom. They need a better process of room inspection and upkeep.

Nachdem wir gleich wieder aus dem Einfelderhof ausgecheckt haben, wegen der Sauberkeit ( Ekelfaktor hoch 10) fühlten wir uns in diesem Hotel gleixh richtig wohl. Alles war hygienisch sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich, alles war sehr gepflegt Wir fühlten uns richtig wohl

Wirkliche Enttäuschung. Buchung: Auf Buchungsportal E-Ladesäule vorhanden, deshalb auch Hotel gewählt, im Nachrichtenfeld ans Hotel extra nochmals E-Ladesäule gewünscht, kein Feedback. Bei Ankunft: Leider seit 3 Monaten keine Lademöglichkeit mehr - geht gar nicht. Zimmer: Nicht der Klasse entsprechend, Matratzen durchgelesen. Für 3. Person in Junior-Suite Handtücher vergessen. Zimmer nicht richtig sauber, Dreck auf Makeup Spiegel und Badezimmer-Lampen, dreckige Ecken im Schlafzimmer, Wände teils mit Dreckspuren, länger nicht gereinigt/gestrichen. Mitten in der Nacht laute Raucher auf der Feuertreppe, aufgewacht. In Summe sicher nicht noch mal. Ich rate ab von dem Hotel.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Perfekt für einen Besuch der Holstentherme. Was leider fehlt: ein Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer. Dann wäre das ganze eine rundum gelungene Übernachtung. Trotzdem eine glatte 1!
