"Booked Intercity for a four‑night stay while visiting family over Easter. The hotel is seems new and conveniently located next to Wiesbaden train station. Check‑in was straightforward thanks to the self‑service kiosks. The room was a good size and very clean, though it would have been nice to have a kettle available. The room had great soundproofing, which made the stay comfortable. The shower had a strong smell at first, but leaving the door open helped; we reported it at checkout. Breakfast offered a great selection, and the staff were friendly and very accommodating throughout our stay. One small suggestion would be to add an air diffuser in the lobby — it’s always welcoming to enter a hotel with a pleasant scent. Overall, a comfortable stay in a great location."
