" Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended! I stayed at the Sheraton Rhodes in June 2025 on a leisure trip, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. The location is fantastic, with easy access to restaurants and shops. The room was perfectly quiet, which made for a great night’s sleep. The room itself was spotless, spacious, and well-designed. The bed was extremely comfortable. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day. The staff were genuinely welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. Breakfast was varied and delicious, with both hot and cold options, fresh fruit, and great coffee. The restaurant staff kept everything well-stocked and clean even during busy times. Facilities like the pool and gym were well-maintained and never overcrowded. I also loved relaxing in the lobby lounge in the evenings and the sunset is amazing! Overall, I had a fantastic experience and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. I highly recommend Sheraton Rhodes to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and an excellent location."

"This property was amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The rooms and views from the rooms were absolutely stunning but also very spacious. Everything was tidy and cleaned every morning for you. The food was delicious and had a different theme each evening to switch it up (this was for half-board). They also had a burger house and mediterranean restaurant to dine at too which looked amazing. The evenings were always enjoyable with great entertainment by the main pool area with efficient service! I would absolutely come back here and would recommend this place to anyone if you’re mainly looking for a quiet getaway and somewhere to really relax! "

"Pros: Clean, kind staff members, good location, very good dinner in their parent hotel mitsis la palais. Cons: Low level room equipments such as hair dryer. And the number of elevators is not sufficient. I also recommend to put guardrail on the balcony wall, I found the wall in a low height."

"Amazing hotel and incredible staff! This was my first family holiday and the staff were really friendly and accommodating from beginning till the end. I made a mistake with my room bid by selecting an automatic upgrade. We got to check in and because I wasn’t informed that the bid had been accepted I thought it hadn’t gone through. The staff kindly explained the situation and rather than make a big fuss they allowed us to upgrade for free!! The facilities in the hotel are amazing and the bar staff (where I spent most of my time lol) are really courteous. By the end of it they knew me by name and the holiday felt wholesome! I will definitely be returning and I will definitely be exploring their partner hotels. Thank you to Kiki and the reception team on 07.05.25; incredibly hospitable staff!! "

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and from start to finish, the experience was amazing. The level of service was fantastic. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure my comfort. I especially want to give thanks to Soubi the Barman who looked after us all holiday. You are a credit to the hotel. The room was very clean and had an amazing sea views from the balcony. Housekeeping was consistent and thorough, and everything—from the linens to the bathroom—was spotless. The amenities were another highlight. Whether it was the fitness centre, sports facilities, pool or on-site dining options, everything was to an excellent standard. One of the standout features of my visit was the hotel’s onsite restaurants. The atmosphere was elegant yet welcoming, the service was great, and nearly every dish I tried was absolutely delicious. There was only one of the restaurants that we didn’t really enjoy which was the grill. However It’s rare to find a hotel with such a large choice of restaurants that could easily stand on thier own, but these exceeded all expectations. All the staff work so hard and guest relations are always on hand if you require help booking into the restaurant. I wouldn’t hesitate to return, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and stress-free stay. We will certainly be returning. "
