"Unhygienic and dirty. The bathroom had wet yellow urine spilled on toilet and the previous occupants toiletries were still there. The bed had so many stains and when we removed the blanket there was mud and dirt inside. They did not clean the sheets after the previous occupants. The room had small bugs crawling and we can’t step foot outside in the patio either. We spent the night in disgust as there were no place to go at that time of the hour. "This hotel is one of the best I have ever stayed in! The staff go above and beyond, The amenities are amazing, I like that they have the transportation desk to hire a car and driver, on-site wellness spa (great massage) a seperate bar that do great cocktails, a tour desk and so much more. The room was superb, big and spacious with comfy beads and quality toiletries. But the star of the show would be the breakfast buffet, that is something else! So much choice and delicious food, the girls on the egg and soup station were so helpful in regards to my allergy. I miss this hotel already!"

"We enjoyed a great stay here. The pool is amazing, the rooms stylish and well appointed with excellent turndown service. The property during day and night has a wonderful ambience, and we really enjoyed walking through the many paths. My wife and I felt very pampered by the end of our stay."

"Beautiful and luxurious hotel with an A+ staff. Room is cleaned every day unless I ask to skip (with a button near the door) but they will come by later for a rescheduling. This way they can restock the free complimentary water and food/fruits. Pool is very nice, breakfast buffet is from 6am to 10am and I do recommend getting it as part of your room - wide selection and most of its pretty good. There is a national anthem at 10am that does play in public areas of the hotel. Staff is helpful and professional with the front desk and those at most front facing positions having strong English speaking skills too. Would go back if I was in Yogya"

"Big clean rooms, great bathroom although the shower seemed to leak and flood the floor. Beds were a little hard for me. Good view of the pool, walking distance to lots of cafes and shops, could walk to tourist areas easily Staff were helpful but a bit easily confused Food on site isn't great, go out and find food! The worst part is the lifts, they take ages because there's only two of them for the whole hotel!"

"We stayed for 7 nights for vacation and had a wonderful time. Everything was really good, from the gym/pool team to the restaurant team, which I must say really go out of their way to meet your needs. Small complaint about the bathroom sliding doors which were glass with a thin fabric that was able to see through, friends sharing twin room might just want to take note."
