"Dont book with expedia.com At the time of booking, it wasn’t clear whether it was an AC or non-AC room. I booked it, and when I reached the hotel, they told me it was a non-AC room. The hotel authorities said they didn’t know what I had booked and asked me to contact the booking people. In the end, neither they nor the others were available, and since I had already paid the money, I was forced to stay in the non-AC room."

"Zero cleanliness. Bed sheet, pillow covers even blinds was so dirty and full of stains. Bathroom did not have tissue paper, had to request them. The bucket and jug were so dirty. Hair clogging the bathroom. Room had foul smell. "

"This hotel didn't allow my wife and to check in and refused us entry and refused to refund us , scam online just to cancel bookings, they DO NOT ALLOW FOREIGNERS. they threatened to call the police on us and when we said that they should they just started shouting and refused to refund us.... Luckily Expedia got my refund back after a few days"
