"Nice location near the airport for a quick stay. Airport pickup was provided with a midnight arrival. Awoke to lush gardens in a very quiet area of town. The staff was very help in arranging a tour. Nalaka setup tuktuks and boat tour. He also shared some tips on surroundings cities. Breakfast and dinner options were very good and promptly prepared. "

"Had booked this place in need of place to stay for a night near the airport. Unfortunately, our flight had mechanical issues, which meant that our arrival would have been slightly delayed. Reached out to the hotel to ask for an adjustment in the check-in time and, despite the hotel still having lots of capacity and empty rooms, was told I would be charged a fee that would have been almost as expensive as the original booking for going ahead with the changes. Staff not helpful and simply copy-pasting policy templates. Will definitely not be booking this place again."
