"The area is beautiful but of course its Greece. Only one restaurant with above average food, it's a buffet. Beach was rocky but beautiful, not able to swim much due to the rocks. Please be aware of your belongings, I had items missing from my suitcase the last day of my stay. I do not recommend this resort. I do recommend Halkidiki just not this resort."

"The location was perfect, in the hill above Porto Karras and Neos Marmaras surrounded by pine and olive trees and vineyards. Peaceful, beautiful apartment, modern with all the amenities. Effie is an exquisite host and very helpful and kind. Away from crowds but very close to the action and beautiful beaches especially Toroni. It has my highest recommendation."

"We had a very pleasant stay here, even though the hotel has a low rating. The owner was very kind and welcoming. They offered us fresh fruits (watermelon and apples) and water in the room. The conditions were comfortable and convenient, with our own balcony and a mosquito net, plus two towels per person. The location is perfect, right in the center and only 5 minutes to the beach. Overall, we were very satisfied and would recommend it."

"I would highly recommend Terra Olivia. My family and I had an exceptionally good time in Halkidiki and especially Terra Olivia. The facilities are excellent, very clean and well kept. There’s a daily cleaning service, regular towel changes and a very good breakfast selection. Terra Olivia is well located to Paliouri village, which is a walkable distance, and is a picturesque and quaint Greek village with excellent restaurants. The beaches are in very close proximity. "

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The location was excellent, close to everything, yet peaceful and relaxing. The food was also delicious, especially the breakfast – fresh and with a great variety. I truly felt at home and will definitely come back. Thank you for the outstanding hospitality!"
