"Nice property. Excellent staff. Free parking nearby was a plus. I nonetheless disagree with the 5 star rating. No operating phone service (I needed to speak with a local) for the entire 36 hour stay . We also had no working television or ac/heat upon arrival. The hotel , however was very responsive when informed. I would stay again but would check before stay to make sure everything works."

Crystof, in particular, is one of a kind - he is incredibly helpful and gives great recommendations for day trips. He was so pleasant and helpful.
