"The staff were all friendly and professional.. Breakfast was average and clean. Pool area was bland and in disrepair. Room was average. Problems dirty grout and severe ant problem. Some of my food was ruined by ants and we were compensated."

"The property states they are 5.93 miles from Ilani Casino. As a bird flys it is traveling in a CAR it is 1 hour and 40 minutes away from the casino. We booked the Beat Western based on it being 5.93 driving miles away. We were on the phone for an hour getting this canceled and refunded. Please fix this on the website. Feel free to give me a call (817) 648-1331. "

"We stay at Best westerns due to the staff being friendly and rooms being clean. This stay the bathroom wasn’t cleaned, no toilet paper, Kleenex box was soaked, spider in the fridge and the room smelled of smoke. The stairs and hallway were dirty and not cleaned and the smoke detector in the hallway had been going off for the whole stay."
