"I was sound asleep in the bed when I heard a loud nois. It was the door opening but hitting the latch. Then I heard some one say, ‘there’s someone in there!” The stranger closed my door and I was thankful that I had stopped them by setting the latch! I almost had a stranger in my room.
A few minutes later, I was again jolted from sleep! This time it was a woman vigorously banging on my door with her fist. She yelled, “open the door! You’re not supposed to be in there! I thought is was the same stranger as before I yelled “go away” and she said “open the door!!this is the front desk!” I yelled back, “no way you are not the front desk!” But the woman yelled open up! There is no-one registered to this room!” And she continued banging on the door.
I was forced to get out of bed, get dressed, and I went to the window. There I saw the front desk clerk, who was not satisfied with seeing my face at the window. She said, what are you doing in there? There’s no one registered to this room! Open up!
I still can’t believe this happened. I did open the door with the latch on to protect myself from this crazy front desk clerk. Through the door crack I told her, YOU are the one who registered me! YOU checked me in! I told her me name and that she owed me a discount for ruining my sleep. She said she couldn’t do that because she wasn’t the manager.
In the morning I spoke with the manager, and my bill was made a $25.00 discount
Wow. What a terrible hotel. I don’t recommend staying here."
"Staff was amazing and friendly. Dryer was out so lack of towels in a timely manner, hot tub not working, front door auto open not operating, required us to open and shut heavy doors manually, the room outlets only worked in the bottom plug, and not all lights in the room worked. Again, staff was phenomenal. "
"The room smells musky and the shower water is very slow, you will take time to finish your shower.
The whole room had only one small trash container and there is no breakfast area. They will just give you some frozen breakfast sandwich, the juice machine is not working and the coffee taste just water. So sorry this is my first time staying in a hotel this terrible."
