"We just used this as a stopover to break our return trip into two segments (I didn’t want to drive 13 hours in one stretch). The room was fine, clean etc but the property is in an industrial area and there’s nothing really within walking distance. Another note, the room didn’t have a microwave or a mini fridge. Those aren’t really a necessity but it seemed strange since the other three places we stayed on our trip did. The reality is I would stay here again if I was passing through. But if Bakersfield was my destination I’d probably find somewhere else to stay that was more centrally located."
