"The Naini Retreat was fantastic! The property sits high on the mountain, offering beautiful views. The staff were exceptional: friendly and helpful. "This Property is not a worth at all at the price they are changing. In the name heritage property they are just fooling you. Booked the all inclusive package from Expedia but they refused to give breakfast and other meals. Staff is not supportive. Only good thing about property is views from the room is awesome."

"I used my credit card to pay at the hotel upon check in and 2days later a fraud transaction of an equivalent amount was made on my credit card under a different sterling property which means the number and pin of my credit card was copied at the time of swiping. Din’t expect such chains to be frauds."
