"We absolutely loved our stay!! Everything was so clean from the room to the resort!!! Absolutely will go back in a heartbeat!! And the sunset view is absolutely breathtaking every single day! Right off the ocean!"
"We stayed 3 nights and the Royal Kona is close to shops and restaurants. The property is showing its age and some areas are under renovation. Staff were helpful and baggage and valet staff were working their tails off."
"Rooms were clean. The ocean view was spectacular. The staff were friendly. Parking is available. Traffic is an issue. No serious restaurant nearby. If one can afford it, consider using a shuttle service to get around."

"First thing I checked in and I had ocean front room and instead they gave me 2 floor room that the view was the first floor roof , I went to guest service and they did not help me at all , I had to request a manager to show them the view of the room I booked and the one they gave me , she then proceeded to help me and gave me the one I purchased, her name was Mailie , the beach in front of the hotel is used by locals and anyone , there is not exclusively like they show on pics here ,I fine to stay here but is way overpriced "
"I cannot begin to explain the EXCEPTIONAL service, amenities, accommodations and experience at this resort. We fell in love with Hualalai and will 1000% be returning. I came here with my husband for my 50th birthday and was treated with such kindness. The staff here are above and beyond and honestly, as a frequent Marriott Ambassador Elite traveler, I have to say that Marriott’s higher end brands need to step it up to match the class, ease, and care that Four Seasons has shown us. Look no further if you are deciding on which Hawaii island to visit. We are looking at property here already if that tells you anything! Thank you, Four Seasons Hualalai, for ensuring I had a remarkable birthday celebration!"
"Beautiful complex and views from the room. The unit we stayed in was a bit dated but clean. Only downside was the bed was very old and uncomfortable so we had to buy a foam topper which we then had to leave there rather than travel home with it."
"It was a 9 out 10 the only thing was the parking guest can only park in parking stalls without numbers because there’s residence that live there so finding a parking spot with no number is slim pickings but besides that the place is amazing kitchen was perfect. Everything we needed room was a 10 beautiful property had an amazing time. Quiet not a place for small kids real relaxed would stay there again no questions asked"
