"We really enjoyed out stay here, we saw no reviews on the site but took the risk anyway and it payed off. Nice clean room, bed a little hard pillows too but small compaint. "AVOID THIS HOTEL. First, they changed the date of our stay to six months later for no reason at all. Had to call Hotel.com to rectify it. "The room itself was good and spacious with a decent bathroom and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was a disaster area. The hotel is clearly used by tour groups who have an early start and by 9am, the breakfast buffet had been swept almost clean of fresh food, with basics like coffee and bread having run out completely and could not be topped up. The reception staff were poor, including the rudest and most unhelpful person I have come across in my years of travelling. She not only did not provide appropriate information such as WiFi code, breakfast service, but appeared to know very little about the running of the hotel. She snatched my passport away, looked thoroughly annoyed to be asked for any kind of help and gave a very bad impression of the entire place"
