"The staff was extremely helpful and kind. The location of the hotel is excellent for visitors as it is near the bazar quarter(10 minutes walk) the coast (20 minute walking) an kültürpark and its museums (5 minutes). Metro is not far away either. The cons were the cleanliness of the hotel, which was far from satisfactory, and the fact that there is no parking, despite hotel’s claims that it has free parking. We had to leave our car in the streets near the hotel. "

"The location is near the train station Hilal it is very easy to catch it if you arrive to the airport just 8TRY per person rather than taking a taxi which will cost you around 160 TRY make sure to download maps.me and you will easily arrive... Mr Mehmet was very helpful explaining which places we can visit every day greeting us and taking care of our stay there... The best thing you can do is pay for the card which will allow you to go everywhere including Ferry to Bostanli etc... It's walkable...

"We enjoyed the stay in your place. Your water massage bathtub is good~ nice idea! Other than the city tour in Izmir, we also like the friendly neighborhood like the 24hrs bread shop, Turkish restaurants. Also, the park and grocery store are nearby.its safe when we walk in the community at the evening time. Just a small adice. For the kitchen, if there are pots and pan, it would be more convenient to use the stove. "

"Unsere Buchung wurde gar nicht erkannt, hatten kein Zimmer frei. Wurden dann aber zum selben Preis in ein Zimmer gesteckt, welches mit Putzmaterial war (ist wohl der Ruheraum von den Mitarbeitern). Ebookers kannten die nicht die Zahlung hatte ich getätigt jedoch musste nochmals vor Ort für das marode Zimmer bezahlen."

Oraya ulaştığımda check-in yapmak istedim ama kimse yoktu bende telefon açtım, uyuyan biri açtı telefomu, ben size döneceğim diyerek kapattı, 5-10 dk bekledim dönen olmadı tekrar aradım, numara atacağım şimdi size deyip yüzüme kapattı. Tekrar aradığımda da telefonu kapatmıştı yani otele giremedim gece yarısı çoluk çocuk başka otel...

"We chose thıs apartment complex because ıt ıs near to the publıc transport routes yet ın a quıet sıde street. It ıs a short walk to the Hılal Izban stop (the Izban lınks to the aırport and Selcuk (Ephasus)).The accommodatıon ıs basıc and the cookery utensıls are adequate, but the lıds don't fıt the saucepans. A prevıous occupant had stolen / broken the glass turntable ın the mıcrowave so ıt wasn't useable. The lady who was runnıng the apartments doesn't speak Englısh but she phoned her boss who...

"I am disappointed at the quality of this hotel used by hotels.com. The room I was given was filthy and looked like it was still under construction. There were 35 steps to reach the receptio. Not suitable for elderly or disabled. Only have of the bathroom was tiled rest was bare cement. Carpet was filthy. Mini bar / fridge rusted inside. Dust everywhere. On thing good was the bed was clean and comfortable."

"The Helen Inn was a nice hotel to stay in for our trip to Izmir. The room was pretty quiet, although the noise of the call to prayer at 5am was still audible. Our only gripe was they didn’t offer to clean our room or refill the tea/coffee/water station after we checked in. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Room was clean and decently sized. Elevator to the upper floor was a blessing"
