I don't understand charging for a room that is ready and you're just 1 hr ahead of checkin time. The room was the worst I've ever been in, the size of a closet plus there wasn't a plug in to utilize the blowdryer and the sink was backing up. Amazing room with a view, was able to catch some northern lights inside my last night. They have wonderful and kind staff. Good selection for breakfast too.
